Return/Refund Policy

Riverview Water now offers optional online bill pay to our customers. In the event that a customer submits a payment amount that is over their invoice amount, the difference will be applied as a credit to the next month’s bill. If a refund is required, the customer must contact Customer Service to arrange a refund.
